"Oyo Hotel Scam & Worst Experience I recently had one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences with an Oyo property. I had booked a room for ₹750 (Book Now, Pay at Hotel). However, upon arrival, the receptionist asked for my order ID and suddenly changed the rate from ₹750 to ₹1000 on the spot. This is nothing short of a scam. Frankly, I wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra if the stay was worth it—but the condition of the room was absolutely horrific. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave off an unsettling, almost haunted vibe. The washroom was unhygienic and the entire space smelled awful. It was far from the standard Oyo promises its customers. The only positive was the property’s location, but beyond that, the experience was a nightmare. I’ll be attaching pictures so others can judge for themselves. Oyo seriously needs to address such unethical practices and maintain quality standards if it wishes to retain any credibility."

"Worst Hotel ever! Don't book this hotel. I booked a room through the Oyo app and paid in advance. But when I reached the hotel, they demanded extra tariff and told me to contact customer care. I waited for 2 hours while customer care and the hotel management kept discussing, but no conclusion was reached. Finally, they gave me a room in extremely poor condition — dirty walls, torn pillow, broken bed, mattress full of holes, and overall very unhygienic. The receptionist’s behavior was also very rude. Even after politely requesting a better room, he refused and again told me to deal with customer care if I wanted a change. At last, I had no option but to switch the hotel. Pathetic hotel, pathetic service, pathetic staff."

"Worst hotel ever booked. Didn't liked the quality of food at all. It's not even 0 star food. No response on lift when it stopped working. No proper hall and toilets are like railway station equivalent. Don't get trapped here"

"Worst of the experience ever in any Hotel. I have booked via OYO application, as I was travelling from Lucknow to Noida, and I needed 4 hours of Stay for refreshment. The OYO executive took Advance money and booked my Room, but when I reached the Hotel, scene was all off,. The Manager denied to give me room, and asked me to cancel booking, because I was tired to asked him to give me another room, at first he denied that we don’t offer rooms for 3-4 hours, and after few minutes he said that OK, but you have to leave by 11:30 am. I asked for Towel and Soap, initially no one came for any towel or anything, after 2 hours a guy came to the worst towel I have ever seen in my life, its like someone has walked on that. I denied that too. Now look at the images I have attached of the rooms, and tell me is it worth ₹1200 or not."

"The room was terrible and the bathroom was very unhygienic. The person in charge was extremely disrespectful and demanded an extra ₹500 without any valid reason. When I asked about it, he started arguing and told me to leave the room. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour."
